Default Speedometer Linkage and Throttle Linkage

Hey, anyone know what kind of speedo cable I'm going to have to use to adapt my new Autometer in-dash speedometer? I have a '75 and the connecter is way too big.

Also, am I going to need a standard TPI linkage for a Holley StealthRam intake?
