I imagine. There's not enough adjustment with the stock rods to account for all the neg. camber. I only went to 8" bolts, and had to install the adjustable strut rods.
I have the adjustable strut rods - and they are great.
However, it does not make sense that longer spring bolts will require them.
People add the longer bolts, because their car sits too high with a new (usually 'glass) spring.
The longer bolt allows the car to be lowered to the proper body height.
If this is the case for you, then the wheel and differential will be in relatively
the same spot.
In other words, if you haven't significantly changed the body height (or tire
diameter) ... the camber should be about right - and definitely adjustable with
the stock strut rods.
