Bizzzzaaarrr issue
Thanks to advice here, I went to properly bleed my newly installed power steering. Much better then my just start it and see what happens method.
Anyway, after bleeding my right front is easily 20 degrees our of alignment with my left front tire. WFT??? When I reistalled the tie rods, they were lined up perfectly, how did they get out of alignment. I know I can adjust the tierod to correct it, but I just cant figure out how it happened.

Bleeding CAN'T affect that!
Try centering the gear and then see which wheel is out and how far. Bizarre!

Are you sure that both tie rod ends are installed in the "fast" hole on the spindle? Sounds like one is installed in the outer hole used for manual steering, causing the toe out that you describe.

They are both in the outer holes, I thought the holes were just for steering quickness. Are they supposed to be in the inner holes?

The holes closest to the knuckle are for power steering and the ones farther out are for manual steering (better lever ratio makes steering easier)

Just a thought, did you jack up one side to bleed the system? When you let it down it could look like one side's tire is out of kilter.
