Used Hooker Headers and Sidepipes Question
When I bought my vette, I knew the previous owner had a set of used Hooker Headers and Sidepipes.
He pulled them off years ago as he had to pass the local emissions laws.
I got them with the car.
They are not in very good shape, and I wonder if they are worth having.
They are chrome.
My questions are:
1. if they have a coupld of small pencil size holes in the collectors, are they fixable?
2. If the sidepipes have rust through at the beginning of the silencers, are they fixable?
:confused: Do I just need to buy new ones (pricey) or can these be repaired?
