79 with sidepipes
Anyone have pics of a 79 with side pipes? In particular, I'm looking for pictures of factory style pipes and covers like are on the 69.

Here is a picture of my 79 with hookers. They look better than the factory style IMHO.

I have hooker side pipes on my 79'. I agree they do look better. I dont think I have ever seen a 79' with 69' style side pipes. I would like to see it also.

Mine are the 69 style covers but they are the fiberglass replacements rather than the original chrome.

I think the black goes great with the black moldings. I'd like a set someday with some TT's with the black spokes like on lotahp's car.

Sweet. I like the original covers best also. How did you paint the fiberglass covers? And up close how original did they look? Happy with the fit?
