Default Exhaust Question

I have a 79 L82 Vette that is pretty much stock. I was wondering what kind of horse power I could gain if I went to tru duals without cats. Just straight pipes going to Flowmaster 40's. Any ideas what kind of horse power realization I could get. Also wouldn't it sound sweet?

Believe it is between 10 and 20 hp, throw some headers on at the same time and more like 30 to 40.
