look in the flip front post, you can see where I molded the complete front together out of a hood, front clip & front bumper. Was a lot of work but it paid off in the end, and it still needs a lot of sanding and filling.
I also resurrected my firewall from 3 large pieces and over 30 cracks and holes I made a complete new one, totally smooth and painted. Lots of work too but I had to since I couldn't get a replacement one here.

Yes, its still real raw. I have about 10 layers of glass and matt on it so far.
