First post the pic on your webspace or photo hosting site. The forum only posts pics which it is able to see on another website.
Next select the image button under the reply box.
write or paste the URL of the pic in between the two IMG tags (between the brackets)
If the forum can lift the pic it will appear in the post. Some websites are protected so you can't link to the pic and the forum can't post those pics.
