Default Carb I.D.

Need some help identifying a carburetor. It was given to one of the guys that works for me. The fellow that gave it to hime claims it came off a 60's vette?
There is no tag on it. It's a Carter AFB. I was able to find the following numbers on it:
Top of carb. 61318
On throttle side. 1552
On the base. 3721SB
On throttle linkage arm. 181-309

Thanks!!
Jerry
