I am not giving another feedback on ebay..until
until they give me feedback first.
I have over 200 transactions on ebay selling and buying mostly Corvette parts. I have only 50% of the people give me feedback. I have always given 100% feedback, but no more.
My new policy is I will not give a feedback until I receive a feedback on a transaction.
I now send a email saying thanks for your payment and when you receive your part please leave feedback and I will know you received it, and I will leave feedback for you.
How do any of you other ebayers feel about ebay feedback.

I alsways go with, the buyer leaving feedback first. So if I sell something I always wait for feedback before leaving any. I always leave feedback as soon as I receive something when I'm buying.

I think your right, even though I'm an offender and sometimes I forget to leave feedback when I buy something. I'll try to remember in the future.

I always leave feedback. I don't have the time to sort out who has left it or not. I'm at about 50% with those who have left it too. I don't really care if they leave it for me or not. 1239 and 100% gives most buyers warm fuzzies anyway.

At least you didn't have a guy post feedback saying that your item was stolen. I had 100% positive feedback and it killed my account. You can pretty much type what you want and they will add it. The guy would never remove it and it ended up being a scam to get me to refund his money without sending the item back. There are way to many people trying to scam these days. :mad

When I buy, I always give feedback after I recieve the item and its in good shape. Sometimes it takes time for the seller to leave return feedback to me though after this.
When I sell, I usually give feedback after I recieve feedback from the buyer.

I have a 100% feedback. I have bought a few parts that were listed NOS, only to receive parts that probably sat out in the rain and mud at the swap meet. They looked fine in the pictures! I hate to burn somebody else's good rating over a $15.00 item. Yes, I could probably send the part back, but then I'm still out the postage, so why bother? I ask alot of questions before bidding, but when a part is listed NOS you expect a decent part. When I sell parts I list them EXTREMELY fair. But if you send me a nice part I submit positive feedback the day I get the shipment, period! :p:

I only buy on Ebay but the way that I do it is I wait till whatever it is has been delivered. I inspect the packing & the product then I leave feedback for the seller. I always leave feedback because its useful for other buyers & if there's something about the transaction that really stood out then I want to compliment the seller. :thumbs:

I always leave feedback, once I receive the part. I send an email to the seller informing them that I received the part and will be leaving feedback
at that time. If you are selling something you should leave feedback once you receive payment. If people don't leave feedback I really don't care.

I leave feedback 100% of the time. Ebay is all about reputation, and feedback is the gage. I will only buy from sellers with 100 positive. I have 100% positive as a buyer and seller.

I the past I left feeback the day I received the money order and shipped it. I have sold about 20 items in the last month and only 1 feedbacked me. I am now going to go with the feedback only after they feedback me. This would also solve the problems of 1) fast payment but refused to go to the trucking company to pick it up. Trucking company wanted to charge me storage. I had a guy that works for the same company I do that would go get it free. The day he went to get it the original guy decided to get it. (This dragged on for almost 2 months) 2) UPS lost the item and the buyer gave me a hard time. Both of these I had already left good feedback, if I had waited it would have been quite different.
