unusual stereo problem
my pioneer 7 inch tv in my vette has an odd problem....the speakers distord horribly at even the lowest volume when a cd is playing. When the radio is on It sounds just fine. The speakers not that it matters I hope are boston acoutics 4x6's....i would consider the source level to be a problem on the cd, but even at the lowest audible volume setting it is bad.

Yeh, totally possible, I assume the pix is fine, and on a strong signal...but just the TV sound is bad....yeh, the stereo decoder in the TV set is screwed, sounds like from what you say.....
