MSD 6A Wiring Question
I`m installing an MSD 6A this weekend...got the placement figured out and wiring it should be no big deal...only one question though, The 12 volt source from the ignition switch says I can use the existing positive coil wire..The 74 Vette has 2 wires going to the Positive side of the coil...one is the supply from the starter solenoid and the other is a resistor wire...My guess is to no longer use the solenoid wire, but can I use the lower voltage resistor wire to supply the Box???

I just put one in my 71 two weeks ago Msd said to not use the one off the starter, and just use the one from the ignition. It runs great so I guess they were right.
