Another Thumbs Up for Cloyes.
After reading Wayne's (Motorheads) post on how well Cloyes took care of him I got the tech's e-mail address to see if they cold help me out with my broken cam button, snapped off while test fitting it last year. I only asked if they sell replacement parts and where could I get them. The tech, Wayne BTW, said the button should not snap and offered to send me one free of charge asking only that I send him the broken one. I e-mailed back stating I had used the timing cover with button once with no problems and it was my fault it snapped during test fitting on my 383, again offering the purchase the replacement parts. He e-mailed back stating he would send free of charge anyways. Cloyes is def high on my list of prefered vendors, customer service is king in my book.
