Just order new tires...need feedback...
Ok ordered a set of BFG Radial TA 235/60/15 for dads 77 black Vette.
I wanted to get a more sporty set, like g-force T/A's or something but couldn't find anything in 15"rims.
Do I need to get 16 or 17" rims to get some good performance tires?
Just wondering for now, but maybe for next set of tires...

We have discussed this a lot. Bottom line, there are relatively limited choices in 15" tires, and they are more likely to phase out a 15" size than to add new ones. :( I have read that even 16" sizes are getting more limited instead of more plentiful. Not sure where the best choice is, with 17", 18" or..... gasp 24" sizes :lol:

I think a tire manufacture could make a killing by introducing a speed rated hi-performance line of 15" tires. Not only for all the Corvettes out there but the muscle cars as well. Charles
