Today was the day to get it done. I had some second thoughts of doing this myself but hey thats the only way to learn. I want to thanks Lars for his paper on painting cars it was allot of help. I have abit of orange peel but i will wet sand it out, buff and polish it out. Now i have to get it back together. It was along winter with taking the body off, repairing the frame, rebuilding a 383 stroker,Taking the propane system off and instaling a gas tank, new o-ring brakes,Grand touring suspension and totaly pulling out the interior. Thanks to all that have made this site my #1 place to look for help.
Hopefully I will have as much luck as you did when it comes time for me to paint my car. Which hopefully won't be too far away. Be on the look out for many questions.

When i got the car it was on propane. They took the gas tank out and installed the propane tank there. Half the price of gas and depending on the motor it can produce as much power as a gas motor can. I wanting it back on gas as it just seemed right. If you think you want to try it let me know, I still have the system in the garage ....
