Can't help you much but here's a plug to get this thread up and going. Are you talking Intake Manifold? I took off my intake manifold several years ago and I don't remember any studs, I thought they were all bolts.

no there is a stud/bolt combo. i belive it is for the curise control servo braket. what ever it wasfor it dont matter if your just truing to get it back toghter. just go get a bolt from the hardware store--unless u are going for that stock look :rolleyes:

There is one on the passenger side under the carb. One of the AC brackets bolted to it. I don't recall if it was teh second or thrid one from the front. I think 3rd.
