Sidepipes v.s. Rocker Panels...
Anyone out ther have a trick for fitting sidepipes and rocker panels together on the same car at the same time without cutting the rocker panels? Some of you seem to have no problems, I've heard some of you talking about cutting the panels...has anyone modified anything to allow a fit that didn't want to work initially? :(

On my '72, I had to trim the alum rocker panels to clear where the Hooker headers exited. No big deal as they were kinda sandblasted from the front tires anyway. I picked up a pair of NOS panels (when they were cheap!) later at Bloomington in case I ever return it to stock. Seems some people get by without trimming and some have to trim them. Chas
