ussually the paint you use will tell how hot to bake it at. If its engine paint at least. I think its like 350 for 30 minutes. Just don't use the same oven you cook food in, could leave a nasty tast on your tator tots.
My wife would kick my azz if I used the oven. I saw a special oven designed for cooking power coated paint at Harbour Freight. I think it was around $350. It looks just like a safe except it cooks paint.

400F for an hour! looks good.
I expect a later tonight. it was worth it tho.
I only used the oven once. My wife made me sleep outside until the kitchen stopped smelling like paint to teach me a lesson.
Now I use my double shop light, an aluminum foil reflector and an oven thermometer to regulate the temperature (moving the lights closer or farther away regulates the temp.). I keep it at @ 350 for @ 1 hour.
