Refinished convertible top frame...pics
I've been working on replacing my interior and my top, on my 69. The seats are ready and waiting in my living room. The top frame is in my dining room, and the new top material is ready to be installed. Frame was in overall good condition and could have been reinstalled as is, but I was already there. Figured I may as well just do it one time. I had the frame media blasted, then I sprayed it with RUST-OLEUM primer. Then I gave it sreveral light coats of RUST-OLEUM gloss black. So now it looks nearly new and should last another 35 years.
