Just wanted to say Eric from Speed Direct took time out of his day to call me several times till we got ahold of me and where I come from that counts for something. Saturday I'm tearing the system down to parade rest and examine a few things he pointed out to me. He has the sytem on his ride and swears by them so I'm willing to give it another round. He assured me he'd be there for me till I got it right and all I can say is I feel infigurated and no longer pestimistic. I had given up all hope and had been no longer driving my car becuase the loud creaking/ cracking noise is a source of embarrisment/ safety issue. Hopefully next post I have something great to report. Thanks Eric.
Its nice when somebody actually steps up and supports what they sell..especially when its such a rarity these days..cant wait to hear it solved in episode 8...
Cali, I am glad to hear that you are more upbeat about the situation. I think we are on the path to correcting the problem and I look forward to getting it resolved.
Please keep us posted on the solution. Like I mentioned before, I think the SD product is good - it just needs to be tweaked to allow downward adjustability without cutting the springs.
