Default DragVette Suspension

Anyone use the suspension kits from www.dragvette.com

I was reading about how they strengthen the IRS for the C2-C3 suspension.

Our half-shafts sit at an angle with the differential above the wheels. This suspension kits makes the differential even with the wheels and hold the camber from changing during acceleration putting more rubber on the ground instead of just the inside tread.

Sounds like a good design.

The Dragvette kit, along with the halfshaft safety loops and the billet u-joint caps, are about the best money you can spend on your rear end.

Not sure if I'm correct, but it sounds like smart struts, only less $$$

I already have the smart struts on mine. My 1/2 shafts already sit almost straight across. I am going to measurethe angle when I get a chance. The only thing I have a question about is the 1 inch aluminum spacer. What is this for. I like the idea of 1/2 shaft loops but I have almost everything else exept the aluminum spacer. I can make this for nothing.

Does this hurt handling for auto-x and/or street use?

I have the half-shaft loops on the way and will be getting the lower suspension kit and the top link when it is available. Going to run a 10" slick and I'd like to keep everything in one piece!

Sounds like a good set up for the money!

I was planning to buy the Performance Plus kit from VB&P, but it is pricey. Sounds like I could save a few bucks by buying the dragvette kit, and get the rest of the suspension hardware for the rest of the Vette from VB&P

I may look into this kit when I get to that part of my project.

Thanks for all of the replies!!
