try as I might, I haven't been able to find Lars' post about dissassembling the front suspension. If one of you can find it, please send me the link.

I think that the older posts are still not indexed into the new software. I searched and didn't see any of his posts older than May.

The search in the new software is working great. Only one problem right now.... we haven't brought over the archived threads yet. 
The search isn't working too well on them because they aren't in the database yet. 
We are going to work on bringing over the old threads on Sunday night. It is going to take a long time to get them all indexed into the search though. I won't be surprised if we are running jobs at night for the next several weeks to get them all in the search index.
When we get it all done we should have a search engine that actually works!
