Mint 78 limited edition for auction
I don't know anything about C3s (I have a 59), but I ran across an article in an Auction magazine about what claims to be a mint condition 1978 limited edition corvette for sale.
If you believe the article the car had only 3.4 miles on it before being driven to where it is on display. It supposedly still has the plastic on the seats and the steering wheel.
Below is a link to the auction house that is to be selling the car on July 28th in Pottsville, PA. It is supposed to be on display at Bob Weaver Chevrolet in Pottsville. They have a picture of the car on the site.

Actually the ebay guy is selling information on how to bid for $20.00. He isn't actually claiming to be selling the car itself. Only a "finders fee" thing of $20.00 for anyone willing to pay for the information as to how to bid on car..
