Which screw do i turn to make it leaner/richer on an Edlebrock 600?

There are two mixture screws on the front of the carb. These will only affect idle mixture. Clockwise = leaner, counter clockwise = richer. In order to lean out the mixture at WOT or in the power and cruise modes, you will need to swap out rods and/or jets. Edelbrock has a paper on their site that explains how to do all of the above.

I'm not 100% sure on your particular carb but there may be a power piston lower stop screw that will richen/lean your A/F mixture across the whole RPM range. This is more of a fine adjust, swapping rods/jets will give you a much more substantial change. Have fun.
