Finished??? That is a good one. Don't let the pic fool you. My interior needs re-done, then the rear suspension & driveline. Maybe in about 10 years, the paint.

Rick, I had DeWitt's mount the fans before shipping. All they did was drill three holes in the top channel of the rad and three on the bottom. You can see them in this pic. Then self taping aluminum screws are used to attach to the rad.
Jughead, I could look at your car all day long. That is a piece of art.
It sure does look nice, I had to come back and take a second look
I replaced my BB radiator just a few thousand miles ago but was too short sighted at the time to go with an aluminum setup as I never so much as thought about the fans. I wonder if I could install these same fans and mount on my factory radiator and have the same appearance? From what I have seen the aluminums are just a little too spendy for me to justify replacing the functional item. Really tough to keep sensible boundaries sometimes on my expensive hobbies, spent a fortune on the boat as well and the wife is getting a little, ok a lot, sensitive
Anyone put this kit on a factory radiator? Every forum pic I have seen to date has shown them going on as a package with the Aluminum radiator.
I haven't put my MSD box in yet but recall reading that this could be an issue in certain circumstances. Wasn't this diode included with the parts?
Good advice on the diode. I don't recall one being in the kit but it was also a long time ago. Still have the goody bag with the RPM chips etc floating arouns somewhere so if it came with it I still have it. I do recall reading in the troubleshooting guide about run on problems so I think it may not be uncommon experience. If the solution turns out to be interesting or troublesome I will post it.

Thanks Stoge.
Andre---You should call or email Tom DeWitt. You can get only the fans and mount them to your existing radiator. That's what I was going to do until I took a good look at my 30 year old radiator. The aluminum radiator I got from DeWitt is exactly the same as the factory radiator I had, except it's aluminum.
