Hey I've noticed if I install the sway bar with either the car up on the jacks or with one side up the ride height is not even left to right. I have to have the car on the ground and install/ equally tighten the end links with the car settled. Is this just me or anyone else notice this?
Your prbably right. I just went down the street and hit some pot holes rather fast and had 26.45 and 26.25 so I disconnected the end links and drove the car without the sway bar over the bumps then returned and tightened the ends up and got 26.25" both ends. Maybe if I wasn't so anxious and went for a longer drive it would have sorted itself out.
Well, if the cushions are binding then it could do what you describe. I enver tighten them all the way down when on stands/jack. Do that when the car is sitting level again and it'll be fine.

Your sway bar should be tightened with the car sitting level on the ground like Twin Turbo said and it should also be adjusted so all the angles are close to 90 degrees. The sleeve between the rubber donuts should be cut or lengthened until the 90 degree angles are formed.

Wow. I'm 90 degrees on the left and at least 120 degrees on the right, hmmm any suggestions?
