Steering Question
When I turn my steering wheel to the left, I feel a very light "notch" in the steering. It's only in this one spot and it does not seem to affect the steering. I had someone turn the wheel while I was under the car and the linkage looked fine...it didn't appear to be rubbing or hitting anything. At first, I thought it was maybe a cotter pin from the tie-rods that was bumping something when I turn. Any ideas?

Check the flex coupling. It could be that the bolts through the flex material are slipping and then the coupling is catching on the stop pins- this would cause about 1/8 to 1/4" free travel till it grabs again.

Have you had the steering box apart? Could be a pitted spot on the gears or something else internal.
