Need Tips and Tricks on proper body height
I put the body back on the 69 project this past weekend and will need to work on the ride height. The front looks about 2" high and the back looks about 4" high (both are rough guesses). Everything was re-built back stock parts. Any tips on what direction to head in first to settle everything out(I'm thinking loosen everything up)? Thanks
down plenty. The camber sits way out of whack when placed
down from a jack. As for the front - rubber Aarm bushings need
to be torqued (end bolts) with full weight on the suspension.
Poly front end bushings should be OK, since they slide rather than twist.
Other than that, the front springs should be seated properly
in the top pocket - not just aligned to the bottom pocket.
Can't wait to see her driving soon !!
