Default Intake Manifold Bolts on SB

I am reinstalling my intake and I have one bolt that has threads on both ends. I believe it goes in the rear and the ignition shielding bracket bolts to it (after it is torqued in place). Am I missing one just like it? My ignition shielding has been off for many years and one of the regular bolts does not match the others so I'm thinking that both shielding brackets must've been attached with the dual threaded bolt. I'm pretty sure the reason for the dual threaded bolts is because of torquing. There would be a slight difference in torque if two of the bolts had sheet metal (brackets) under them and on top of the bolt hole surface of the manifold. I believe the bolts are 3/8 16p. The dual threaded one is that on the large end and it appears to be 5/16 on the other end. That would make sense in that the upper side is not a torque specified application.

On my 78 that double bolt was to attach the upper A/C mount to. There is a round support bracket that goes from the compressor to that bolt for stability. It is in the middle of the intake right under the carb on the pass. side. Not sure if its the same on yours.
