I apologize for posting about the parts I sent to Bairs. I wasn't aware of the issues it can cause with existing vendors that support our site. Somebody should solicit Bairs to become a supporting vendor. Is there a minimum amount or something that would deter a vendor from giving their support? The guy I dealt with at Bairs (the owner I believe) seemed extremely friendly and nice and I couldn't imagine him not supporting as it could only give him more business based on what I experienced.
I buy parts from all sorts of businesses who don't support the forum, everyone does.
What exactly did you get in "trouble" for?
A good company is a good company, if they do right by me I'm going to tell someone about it.
THe moderators think word of mouth about a good company hurts the businesses that pay to have their products advertize on the left side of the screen. I also have nothing but praise for "Yogi". Joe
I just got my trailing arms back from Bairs tonight. Incredible job!!! They are PERFECT. The people I talked to at Bairs are super nice and helpful. They also have an interest in the history of the Corvette and sent me a lot of information on early days of the car. I don't know what more they could have done.
I'm a little confused as to why anyone should apologize for recommending Bairs (so I guess I'm in trouble also). But good work is good work, and should be recognized.
