Arizona People, Please Help, Please

I have spent more then $2500.00 of my own money on this truck,
with new motor, trans, and many parts to get it ready for me
customer. With parts and labor, he owes me a little over $4100.00.
Ever since the truck has been ready, 1year and 3 month ago, I cannot
get a respond from this guy, letters and certified, really since he left
the truck, he has not been around. I let it sit for this long, as im not
going to take anyone's car/truck from them just because they may
have payment problems, I could have kept it after 30 days of job
completion. So now that i know this has been abandon here and
he wont pay the the amount due,I am filing a mechanic lien, so I
can get a title and sell it. Well no problem there, EXCEPT, the truck
was purchased in ARIZONA, and I have to make sure there is no lien
in ARIZONA, I cant get no help from ARIZONA, and they won't reply.
I went to several title companys here in texas, and most turn me down
because they say ARIZONA wont release information to texas, and
are a pain in the azz. I don't know if this is true, but all I ask is someone
please run this info for me, so I can clear this matter up. I have one title company helping now, but Im thinking they already knew this was
a problem, and they said they could do it, but have charged me $245.00
and for what, I don't know.I think to make me believe they are really
helping me, and taking my money, when they know they will never get the info :mad I just need the info to be run there, and make sure there
is no lien against it, and if there is, i need to know who the lienholder is.
This is an 1982 truck, I assume there is no lien. Not sure what kind of
form it is down there to verify, BUT PLEASE HELP, I will pay anyone.
please email, or IM me, and I will Send you the info.

I am still waiting to catch the guy here in town at home to ask him....Will go look for him tomorrow at work.

File for an abandon title in Texas, Arizona Laws don't apply to you, it doesn't matter where the truck was purchased, or registered. You are in Texas and that is the law you follow.
If anyone else has a lien against this truck, they can pay your bill and then collect the truck. They cannot take it from you without your bill being settled first, Owner or Bank.
I am surprised you waited this long, thats your personal money tied up in it, not just your business. It's time to cut your losses and try to recoup what you have in it...
Let me know how it goes...
