Sounds to me like worn bushings. Just did mine a couple of months ago. Big difference. It was a bit of a job, but not all that bad. I went with the split urethane bushings. While I was at it, I went ahead and did the strut rod and sway bar bushings also.
Wish I had done all of this at the same time I did my bearings and parking brake last year.
That might be something you may want to consider doing since you'll be so deep into the trailing arms anyway.
