Chattering Wipers!
Ok... my windscreep wipers work fine (apart from the delay wipe... but i've totally given up on that one!) ... BUT, they have never really swept smoothly across the screen... just sort of 'chattered' their way across, kinda sticking a bit to the screen as they go.
I thought i would have a go at correcting this little 'foible' and have tried various things, such as cleaning the screen & wipers with de-greaser (didn't work) ... putting silicone lubricant on the wipers )didn't work).. even polishing the screen with silicone polish (didn't work).
I know this is not what you would call a BIG problem, but i wonder if anyone else has experience of this? ... and if they found a fix? ... maybe this is just another vette quirk?

Blades don't seem to be lasting nearly as long as they used to. I have to change them on my DD every 8 months or so. Different brands, different grades, none of it seems to make them last longer.

markdtn....YOU are right, not one thing I can think of that's made of rubber like material lasts even as much as 1/2 as long as it used to.....
bet it's the EPA and all that chemical crap, so the good stuff is eliminated from products......
