Not sure what you've got there, but it's C5 logo.

the logo is 82, looks like a collector cap, center part of it, only the decal, the whole cap is larger and has fins on it to mimic the wheel. They are quite rare, and expensive too when in good condition.

it is an 82 collector cap:

What do I win?

Gotta say, the CE has downright the most beautiful wheels and center caps of any corvette.
