82 with original rear window has water spots that i have not found anything that will remove them.
White vinegar and 0000 steel wool did nothing.
Need suggestions
Had lots of cleaning and light scratch removal rubbing compound so i tried that first with 0000 steel wool and lots of elbow grease. It took three cleanings and two steel wool pads for the back glass.Morale of this story is don't ever let it go this far.I do like Bubba but i can't find him/her.
Steel wool is required for the toughest spots. But, if you want a chemical assist, or something to help keep the spots off then the best place to find that is from places who work with shower doors. I've got some stuff called "Water Stain Remover" which I think my mom picked up at a hardware store. It's just some polishers. There is no brand name, just a distributor: "Statewide Distributors (916) 921-0369". It worked great on my shower doors! Now, I just squeegy off the water after I shower and they are still spotless after a year, and there was enough deposits to make it hard to see through them.
