Sounds good to me. I'm in south cental PA. Only problem is finding enough time to help out. I was fortuate enough to work at both a garage and body shop as a young adult. I paid my dues, never made any real money, but learned a lot.
Up here in Rhode Island several of us forum members...with all different gens get together and work on the cars. Mods, repairs, whatever. Then of course we cruise!
The "group" is Robertpel9 (C5), Migraine99 (C3), Shutterfab (C5), and myself (C4).
There is about two or three groups of forum members in DFW that help each other. We also network together for parts and services.
All you usually need to post is free beer and they usually come.
Hey guys I'm in Chambersburg PA so pretty close 74ta and Mand. That sounds like a good deal but unfortunately I don't have a lift...a lot of tools or superior knowledge. However I am planning on some suspension and steering work and this fall. I would be glad to help out if anybody needs a helping hand. But like Mand said finding the time can be tough. If you guys are going to Carlisle next weekend let talk about geting together and riding up together.

I am in RI and if anybody needs help or gets together I have plenty of time during the week.
Do I get a prize for resurrecting the oldest thread? I was searching to see who is from my area and found this thread.
New Braunfels, TX here but looking at the members list almost everyone near me either have C5's or C6's. It would be nice to find someone close to compare notes and help.
Middle of nowhere upstate ny.
Dont know much except foggy memories of building novas and chevelles from junkyard parts and speed shop bargain bins back in the day. Would love to help someone out/work on my car with someone if they were sort of close by.
