It is not Quazar Blue. I have that and it is darker.

The original color is on the trim tag on the driver's hinge pillar post. You should see codes 26 or 28 for the factory dark blues of the 1980-82 models. Has the car been repainted?

I would say 1981 Code 28 Dark Blue Metallic.
