Still looking for an answer on the horn btw...just wondering if there is a relay or how the heck this thing works.
She is a 20 footer to be sure...spider cracks in the paint...chips, even some back end fiberglass damage...ahhh but from 20 feet
I am currently working on the interior...I need to get one of thos clock rebuild kits and a new lens for gauges. I did something a little different with the center gauge console...I blacked out the bottom and sides, but left the gauge pod shiney...I kind of like it. I also, at minimum need a rebuild kit for the heater control. Of course, new door panels are in order.
it is a numbers matching 68 427 BB...the 427 has been punched out some and has some goodies inside, it is just way too much fun to drive!
I am trying to do little things to it here and there...basically getting it back in shape...last year was the top, this year, just putzing and driving. Looking forward to the day I can afford a good paint job on it.
