Interior Lights Stay On
My interior lights stay on dim ('78). My delay works, because the lights do go from bright to dim, but don't go off completely. Car running or off...could it be a bad delay switch?

ttt...Ok how about this...how does the delay work? What's inside the box to turn it on/off? I'm guess that something is not opening or closing fully and letting some voltage pass.
