Steering 'groaning'??

Default Steering 'groaning'??
Have been hearing a slight groaning in the steering when I have been backing my vette into the garage for past few months....now it seems to be getting worse. Creaking noise and groaning when turning wheel at slow speeds. Any idea's what I need to replace/lube/etc??
