Best way to clean/degrease my engine?
Ok, I've read some posts and it seems like this is what to do to clean your engine:
1) Use Gunk or Simple green or something to degrease engine, let sit
2) Pressure wash engine clean
Do I need to cover anything before I start degreasing? Is there anything I need to avoid pressure washing because it will cause problems?
Or is steam cleaning the best? I think I'd prefer this route, but don't know where to do it. Do self-service carwashes have these?
