Calling Tshort...
Travis-- I finally installed my AR 383, and just like you, my Hedman headers won't work with the angles plugs. I believe you said you ended up going with Dynomax?
If anyone else has suggestions, the heads are Canfield's with angle plugs.

Yes, the DynoMax tubes are configured a little differently than the Hedmans I was using and allow for the plugs in the angled heads. I'm also using 90 degree boots on the ign wires. If you look at the Hookers and the Dynomax headers they look very similar so they may work also. But I couldn't afford the Hookers and can't tell you if they would work for sure or not.

call sanderson headers they sell block huggers if you have serpentine system or headers built especialy for angled plugs they are also avialable jet coated their web site is www.sandersonheaders.com or phone 800-669-2430

Thanks for the advice. I also looked into the Hooker headers, but I'm also running out of budget for this engine swap, so cost is a factor and right now the ceramic coated Dynomax's for $240 would seem to be the best choice. Somewhere down the road I may upgrade to sidepipes or try a set of Hooker's with a 3" undercar system. I had also looked into the Sanderson headers before, but they were also expensive. I just wanted to make sure the Dynomax would work before I ordered a pair
