Default 1978 blueprints?

Hi! I'm working on a 3d-modell of a Corvette -78. But I need better blueprints. You know pics from the front, the side, the back and the top. The ones I've got now don't have the right curves and not the right measurements. Those blueprints is from a building car. You know the small ones you build by yourself. :P
So I would like to have blueprints from a real Corvette. And I rather have from a -78. But other C3 is good to.
Here is what I've accomplished so far:

A render from truespace:

And a screen from GTA vice city:

Thanks in advance!

I think any AIM manual will have drawings that will help you (sort of). The AIM has a section that shows the intersections of the cowl, widow frame, floor pan, etc. from a datum point in 3D space. You could probably loft between them and get a pretty accurate model of the structural part of the car. I don't know of any cross section drawings of body panels but I'm sure they exist (thats how the tooling was developed for the molds back then). If you could get those, modeling the body panels would be much easier and accurate. Unfortunately, those drawings were carefully controlled by GM.

Your only other option is to digitize the car and get the point cloud info. Thats probably $10K!!!

I was looking to build one in lightwave, but didn;t have much luck with blueprints. I wanted a '77 or ealier though. I did find , but that's about it.

I would have though there would have been loads available giving the popularity of the cars and the community surrounding them.

Oh, I don't suppose you have the C3 for Vice City up for download do you? I searched all over for one and the best I found was a C4.

BBShark: Thanks for your help. I think the easiest way is to use the blueprints I have and try to make the best I can with it. But it is wierd that it is possible to find many and very accurate blueprints from other carbrands. But why not the Corvette?

Uriel: Yeah, I have found that one too, but mine is better. That one looks like a cheap toy-car. :\
But no, I don't want to relesed it yet since it's not finished. But there is a -69 corvette for vc:
