I am from the Lewisberry/New Cumberland area. I am going to be dropping my car off at Jack Williams in Camp Hill. They said they do vettes. I hope to get the rear assembled within the next 3 weeks or so. I believe most places can do a 4 wheel alignment; it's how precise they are and knowing where to make the adjustments. From my understanding, the problem with vettes is that things get frozen together from rust. Since you are re-doing the rear, that should not be a problem. The one question in the back of my mind is; do the alignment shops carry shims for the vette?
If no one replies recommending a shop in York, you'll be stuck finding a place you feel confortable with.
I have used Fink's Garage in the past to have my Corvette suspensions aligned and have been very pleased. Have my other vehicles serviced there as well. It's a small shop located in an alley off of Linden Avenue (right next to the York Fair near York Wallcoverings). Don't let the appearance or location of the shop fool you... The people who work there are honest and do excellent work at a fair price. If you go there I'm sure that you'll be pleased.
The number is (717) 854-5175... Suggest that you speak to Damien who is the owner... Let him know what you are doing to the car and what you need from them. Feel free to let him know that I recommended their shop.
Thanks Camp hill is further than I would want to drive it, so I will try fink's unless someone else suggest a place that is better. I will be ordering a shim set so shims shouldn't be a problem
