Car will not fire. . . .
I drove the car on Sunday and it ran fine. This morning, I tried to start it and it would not fire at all. I thought that maybe I flooded it, but usually I can get it to fire, but this morning nothing. So after work, I tried again and nothing. It just turns over endlessly with no fire.
I ran the battery down tonight so it is on a charge right now. I am going to try to see if there is a spark a little later. I know it is getting fuel, so there is something messed up with the ignition side.
Ideas?
I bought a new coil tonight to try. I do not think it was the points because there was no warning at all.
What else should I be thinking about?
