I just replaced my master cylinder and then bled the brakes with the help of my 12 year old daughter pushing the brake pedal.(she wasn't happy about it). Anyway, the shop manual says the order is:
LR inner/outer
RR inner/outer
LF
RF
I bled about two quarts of fluid total to make sure I had everything flushed. I have a nice solid pedal now. It takes longer than you think to get the air out of the lines. Just be patient and make sure your bleeder screws are sealing. I had to replace a couple of them because they started leaking.

Left Rear Inner/ Left rear outer, right rear inner, right rear outer, left front, right front. Thats out of both shop manuals I have. You also didnt mention if you bench bled the MC. Thats very important. I also use the speed bleeders and like them alot. Makes for a quick one man job.

Thanks guys we finally get consensus....LR/I,LR/O,RR/I,RR/O,LF,RF.

I have tryed just about every order but that one lets see how that goes today. The Master clynder was bench bled a year and a half ago when origoinally installed and has never run dry.

My concearn is Why am I hitting the floor once the engine is cranked up when I have a firm pedal before its cranked up?

Have you tried one of those mighty vacs yet. You just hook it up, pump and the vaccuum sucks the fluid through the line. Close fitting. They run a little over $30.

I'm not an expert, but I'm betting you have power brakes, and you have a booster leak.

Well I finally bled the calipers in the proper order. This is the third bleed cycle and I only got air out of one caliper (the left front). This was also the only caliper that bubbled yesterday. The bubbles come after several hammer taps which I now know are very importasnt to the bleeding process.

As stated above, I do have power brakes but I don't think it is the vacuum booster. I have alwasy heard the a hard pedal is te sign of a bad vacuum booster and a pedal to the floor is a sign of a bad master clynder.

I am very suspisious of this one caliper...Its a new VBP oring caliper but i think it may be my leak source. If it was drawing in air over time could it be the source of the locked up rear caliper?

Sorry guys i know you are sick of hearing about this.

If this doesnt work I guess its time to start checking calipers. I'll really be pissed though cause these are barnd new stainless O-ring calipers and master cylinder from VBP.
