Thats some very old information there with some obvious flaws in comparing flash points with some being measured using the Cleveland Open Cup , others using the Marten Closed cup methods .

An oil using the Marten method will come in at 392F , same oil using the COP method 464F .

Was this list generated by Amsoil ?

EDIT:

Look at all those oils no longer made . Was this circa 1990 or so ?
