Pagging Jughead BBC question
Looking at the pic's of your motor I see you used a Moroso oil pan, is this pan specific for the vette or is it universal for the bbc motor. I am trying to decide on the external covers for my bbc.

No it's not specific to a Corvette. I think it'll fit any BBC except the Chevy II's. It's a Moroso #20403 for a Mark IV block. Get the pickup too #24440. Different #'s for a Gen V block.
It's got a trap door and windage tray, nice pan. There's a few guys here on the forum using this pan. Are you using a Mark IV block?

I am using a mark IV block. It is at the machine shop rigth now waiting on the rotating assembly. I am stroking it to a 496.
