82 Glove box partitions, removable?

82 Glove box partitions, removable?
Does any one know if the partitions in the glove box are molded in or are they removable. Can't fit anything in there with them there.

They are on my '79. It might be easier to remove the liner, then you can kind of spread it a little to remove the partitions. Be careful you don't break off the little tabs that hold the dividers in place. Mine was for cassettes, I don't know if 8-tracks are any different....JC
