Actually, this photo clearly shows that Darwin's Theory of the survival of the fittest is true! History has a habit of weeding out the weakest link.

That's not you is it?
At least he's taken adequate safety precautions, note the block behind the wheel to prevent it rolling off the "stand"

The disturbing part of this is that the welder was "careful" enough to chock the wheel and put a "safety" 4X4 on to the frame. What makes someone think through one problem and not the other?

I think that Darwin looks down on things like this and smiles.
